The following is a list of services we can offer you in addition to our regular buying and selling activities.

1) We can do an Estate/Contents sale at your house on a commission basis.

2) Items of high value can be appraised and valued ahead of Estate sale.

3) We consult with the owners regarding value and provenance. We will give you the benefit of our experience to make sure you get highest value without over pricing items.

4) We arrive Friday with display tables and cabinets and price items to be sold Saturday. Larger sales can be extended an extra day if necessary.

5) We will use our E-mail list, internet and local newspapers and street signs to advertise the sale.

6) We will provide adequate staff to handle all sales and records keeping.

7) We collect all payments at the sale and give you a cheque less our commission and advertising costs.

8) In the event you might want us to get rid of everything not sold and sweep the house that can be arranged.

9) There may be other services that you want us to provide such as qualified appraisals, legal services, real estate agents and security.
